Advantages
High Temperature Vacuum Sintering of Diamonds (HTVSD) technology allows the disc to be used for cutting all types of metals without the need for water cooling.
Advantages in operation compared to abrasive cutting wheels:
- Long service life. The service life of one diamond disc is equivalent to 30 abrasive wheels.
- Time saving. The maximum cutting edge size throughout the entire service life of the disc due to the constant, unchanging diameter of the disc. Does not require replacement during operation (no need to constantly rearrange as in the case of abrasive wheels).
- Safety of use. The disc is resistant to destruction due to the durable metal body and if jammed, the disc will not break like an abrasive cutting wheel. Also, less dust, sparking and odor are generated during operation.
- Does not apply to products with a limited shelf life and can be used throughout the entire service life.
Description
Diamond discs for metal are a new technology for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Long service life of the diamond disk, compared to abrasive wheels, high cutting speed, reduced sparking, safety of use. When cutting, it is possible to feed the disk both forward and backward. During work, the disk is not subject to deformation throughout its entire service life. Ideal for cutting thin metal.
