PAYMENT:
You can easily pay for your order by the following ways:
1) welcome to our 3Y6P retail shop (please click here for location) and pay by cash, by in-shop available electronic payment options or by valid cheque (please fill cheque payable to KRAFTOOL HONG KONG LIMITED)
2) for Hong Kong customers only: if you arrange Courier delivery of your order, you can pay by cash or by the following available mobile e-payment options to courier upon delivery:
3) make e-bank transfer or come to the nearest bank branch of ICBC (Asia) and make cash or cheque deposit to the following account:

DELIVERY:
within HONG KONG
1) SF Express delivery: if your order amount is more than HK$50 (it does not matter how much money is actual amount of your order) - we can send purchased items to you by SF Express delivery service. SF delivery charge will be on you upon delivery (pay to SF courier, please).
(usually SF courier does not accept box(es) with gross weight more than 15kg - for heavier weight better to choose Courier or GOGOMOVE options)
2) GOGOMOVE delivery (by GOGOX, Lalamove or any other similar service): (most suitable for items with total or individual gross weight more than 15kg)
- fixed delivery charge is HK$50 if your order is totally more than HK$2500 (in prices after discount (if applicable)) - we will send you order and pay for delivery from our side. Nevertheless please be ready to unload cargo by yourself;
- if your order is totally more than HK$1000 but less than HK$2500 - delivery fee to be calculated depending on your delivery address. GOGOMOVE delivery charge will be on you upon delivery (pay to van driver, please). Please be ready to unload cargo by yourself.
(usually items, that totally or individually cost less than HK$1000, weigh less than 15kg - please choose Courier or SF Express options for orders less than total amount HK$1000)
3) Courier delivery:
- charge is HK$25 if your order is more than HK$50 but less than HK$1000 - our courier will deliver your order to any MTR station concourse, Monday to Friday from 7pm till 9pm only;
- if SF and GOGOMOVE services are not suitable for you (for instance, due to very "special" delivery address for them), fixed delivery charge is HK$150* if your order is totally more than HK$1000 but less than HK$2500* - our courier will deliver your order to your address (pay total order amount to courier please).
4) We do not deliver orders with total amount less than HK$50.
Delivery service is not available to Frontier Closed Area, all outlying islands (excluding Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Hong Kong International Airport and Tung Chung*) and warehouses.
*Delivery service to the excluded areas is available by Courier delivery option, on Saturdays only. The delivery charge for these areas is fixed as HK$300, regardless the total amount of an order.

It does not matter how much money is amount of your order - we can send to you purchased items by SF Express - delivery charge will be on you upon delivery (pay to SF courier, please)
