ONLINE SHOPPING RETURN & REFUND POLICY 
If customers discover any of the following issues within 14 days of receiving their order:

• Product condition issues
• Incorrect item delivered
• Missing item(s) from the order,

please complete and submit the form below. Our team will review the information provided in the form (you can also provide photos using our +85262079984 whatsapp number), and a Customer Service representative will notify you of the outcome and any follow-up arrangements.

Refund Options (Please write down your preference in the form)

Customers may choose one the following refund methods:

Online Refund using the online payment instrument that a customer has used to pay for the order

Once the refund is confirmed, the e-payment will be credited to your online account within approximately 3 working days.

Refund to Original Payment Account

Once the refund is confirmed, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within approximately 7–10 working days.

Important Notes

Returned items must be in their original packaging and include accessories that have been provided with the item(s) as a kit (a set).

Each order is eligible for one return request only.

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless the item has a quality issue, was delivered incorrectly, or was missing from the order. Where a product delivered is not part of the order or the wrong quantity of items is delivered, we reserve the right to collect any wrongly delivered product.

In case of any dispute, KRAFTOOL HONG KONG LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.

We are not responsible for the validity, availability, or fulfillment of any third-party rebates, offers, or promotional activities. This includes, but is not limited to, situations arising from product unavailability, order cancellations, discrepancies in transaction or authorization dates, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

PHYSICAL STORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY 
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase by bringing the original receipt (invoice) and the item(s) to 3Y6P store where the purchase was made. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed at other, third-party, store.

Full refunds are only applicable to KRAFTOOL Own Brands items. Other products are eligible for exchange only.

Refunds are not applicable to the following items: small-valued accessories for power tools, any value-added services or designated items
Refund methods:
Transactions paid by cash, K-Pay or other instant payment method will be refunded in cash.
Transactions paid by credit card requires presentation of the original credit card and original credit card receipt at the time of refund. Refunds will be processed to the same credit card account and may take up to 4 weeks to process.

For other payment methods not listed above, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

In case of any dispute, KRAFTOOL HONG KONG LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.
